Breakfast was disappointing. The eggs were cold, the bread tasted stale, and the coffee had that burnt flavor. Not a great way to start the day.

We stayed here with our kids it just didn’t feel very family friendly. The staff seemed kind of bothered any time the kids made normal kid noise, even little things like laughing in the hallway or asking questions at breakfast. The kids’ options were limited too, and I remember noticing there wasn’t much beyond the same few basics, which got old fast. We spent a lot of the stay feeling like we had to constantly shush them or keep them out of the way, which made it hard to relax. It might be fine for adults, but I wouldn’t book it again for a family trip

The staff were friendly and polite, which I appreciated, but the service was slow enough that it started to wear on me. At first I figured it was just a busy day, but after waiting around more than once, I felt a little less confident that things were being handled properly. Overall it was an okay stay, just not one that fully earned my trust.

I booked this place hoping for a quiet night, but the noise was rough. I could hear traffic outside, doors slamming, and people talking late into the night like they were right next to my room. The walls really did feel thin. I mentioned it to support and they basically said something like, “Sorry about the inconvenience, noise can vary depending on room location,” which didn’t really help much at the time. I barely slept and woke up exhausted the next morning, so it just wasn’t the relaxing hotel stay I was hoping for.

"Place felt run down, and the emails made it worse"
I stayed here recently the whole place just felt kind of tired. The walls were scuffed up, some of the fixtures looked worn out, and a couple things didn’t work the way they should. It didn’t really feel like anyone was keeping up with the basics. I also tried reaching out about a few things and the email replies felt like they were written by robots, not actual people trying to help. For what I paid, I expected a lot better

"Room just didn’t feel clean enough!!"
When I got to the room, it didn’t feel very clean!! There was dust on the tables, hair in the bathroom, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. I mentioned it to the staff, but unfortunately it didn’t really get taken care of.

I emailed them twice and waited days before getting any kind of useful reply. What made it more confusing was that one email seemed to say one thing, then another message said something different, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on.

"The location drove me absolutely nuts"
I booked through chatrium.com thinking this hotel would be super easy to get around from, but the location ended up being such a headache. There wasn’t much nearby, and every time we needed a taxi it felt like we were waiting forever, which got really frustrating fast.
Maybe it works fine for people with a longer stay or a different plan, but for our short trip it felt like half our time vanished just going back and forth. If location matters to you even a little, I personally wouldn’t choose it again.

Getting around was harder than I expected. Taxis took forever. Transport just felt inconvenient. Every time we wanted to go somewhere, it turned into a hassle. Not ideal

"Check-in and check-out were both a headache"
The whole front desk experience was frustrating. I got there, tried to check in, and it just dragged on forever. The staff seemed confused about my booking, kept checking things, asking around... meanwhile I’m just standing there with my bags, no real explanation. Then check-out somehow wasn’t much better. I thought it would be quick, but the bill had extra charges on it. Had to wait again while they sorted it out. More confusion, more waiting. Not the worst stay ever, but starting and ending it like that was really annoying

"Booking was fine, but not as smooth as I expected"
I booked a room through chatrium.com and overall it worked okay. I expected the date selection part to be a bit more straightforward, but it felt kind of clunky and took me a moment to figure out. The booking did go through without any issues, and the confirmation email arrived a few minutes later, so it was fine in the end.

"Food and drinks just weren’t worth it"
I really wanted to like this place, and I don’t think I’m being overly picky here, but the food was disappointing. My meal came out cold and didn’t have much flavor, almost like it had been sitting around for a while. The drinks weren’t great either, they tasted weak and watered down, especially for the price. The service was fine, so I don’t want to make it sound like everything was terrible, but the food and drinks brought the whole experience down.

I don’t know, this place just really wasn’t it for me. The stay was bad overall, and there wasn’t much that made me feel like it was worth the money. I kept thinking maybe it would get better, but… yeah, not really. I wouldn’t go back.

I booked through chatrium.com thinking I’d get a nice view, and I don’t think that was an unreasonable expectation. But when I got to the room, most of what I could see was another building and some pipes, which was definitely not what I had in mind.
The photos made it seem a lot better than it actually was. I’m not trying to be picky, but I literally had to stand off to the side of the window just to catch any view that looked halfway decent.
For the price, I felt disappointed. If having a good view matters to you, I’d be careful booking, because I personally wouldn’t book again based on what I got...

"Room was okay, though I’m not sure I’d call it comfy"
I stayed here for a couple of nights, and the room was mostly fine, I guess. It was clean enough, and the bed seemed well kept, but it felt a little too firm for me. The pillows were also kind of flat, though maybe that’s just personal preference.
The air con worked without any issues, which was good, but parts of the room felt a bit dated. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but I’m not totally sure it matched the price in terms of comfort.

"Fitness center was a letdown"
I stayed here recently and was disappointed with the fitness center. Some of the machines looked kind of worn out, one of the treadmills was acting weird, and the weights area felt really tight, especially when a couple people were in there.
It also didn’t seem super clean, like maybe nobody had been checking on it for a while or whatever that setup was supposed to be. For this kind of hotel, I expected at least a decent gym, but after trying it once I ended up skipping my workouts the rest of the stay.

"Honestly, the spa was definitely not worth it"
I was really looking forward to relaxing, but this was a total letdown. The massage felt rushed from start to finish, like they were just trying to get me out the door. The room was way too noisy to actually unwind, and I’m absolutely convinced no one checked in properly to see if I was comfortable or doing okay. For a spa experience, it missed the mark completely.
